operationa free dispensary and a free primary school
in the remote are of Helambu region in Nepal and
for providing scholarships for the poor children

is afternoon of rafting
on one of the cityes nearby rivers. The Lhassa River
is the perfect run for those looking for a spectacular
scenic trip and not too much action. It is an ideal
way to escape the hustle and bustle of the city
and gain a different perspective of Lhassa and the
Lhassa Valley. We use oar rafts, which means the
guide does all the work and all you have to do is
sit back, enjoy the view and take photos. You do
not have to be acclimatized to undertake this trip.

Safety:
Safety
is our priority. wetsuits are designed to
keep you warm and life jacket will keep
you afloat even if you cannot swim well.
You need to wear a helmet on all river trips
(except the Lhasa River, because it is quite
easy!) Before embark on any rafting or kayaking
trip, comprehensive safty talk.
We carry a comprehensiv first aid kit and
rescue equipment on every trip. All our
guides are trained in first aid and river
rescue. We use expert safety kayaks on all
trips (except the Lhassa River) to ensure
no one takes an unintentionally long swim.
